During his youthful days, family members often joked that David Diamond argued too much and that a legal career was the natural path. This is exactly what happened. After graduating high school, David attended the University of Missouri–Columbia and the University of Missouri–St. Louis and earned a major in political science and a minor in legal studies. During college, David completed an exceptional internship at the St. Louis County Public Defender’s Office where he learned about the criminal justice system (warrants, bonds, criminal procedure, pretrial preparation, trials, appeals, and information about the prosecutor’s office). This learning experience was only the beginning.
In 1996, David was accepted into the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. Although he studied the major legal subjects, David’s primary focus was criminal and constitutional law. In addition to required class work, David participated in events such as mock trials and during the summers worked at a personal injury/criminal law firm in Clayton, Missouri. He also completed a valuable internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska. This was an incredible opportunity because David was able to apply his knowledge and training in the real-world, as he provided legal support to several U.S. Prosecuting Attorneys throughout every stage of criminal and civil cases.
After graduating law school in 1999, David passed both the Colorado Bar and the Missouri Bar. Because of his entrepreneurial spirit, David opened his own law firm in 2000 – the Traffic Law Headquarters. Currently there is one office location in St. Peters. David represents clients throughout the State of Missouri for a variety of cases, including traffic tickets, DWI offenses, criminal cases, warrants, appeals to the Department of Revenue concerning driver license suspensions (5 year denials, 10 year denials, etc.), arrest and criminal record expungements, reversing traffic guilty pleas, and injury cases.
The choice of a law firm is important. You probably feel overwhelmed with the decision. You may have experienced law firms that attract you by advertising a specific attorney fee amount for minor traffic tickets only to learn that the fee is actually higher depending on the court. You deserve truthfulness, professional service, and high quality results. Are these things possible in the legal profession? Yes! Whether in the legal profession or any other service industry, today it seems that the practice of putting the customer first has long passed away. In today’s market, customers often experience the attitude of indifference, acts of rudeness, bait n’ switch tactics, and inferior products and services. Unacceptable!
From the beginning, David has subscribed to a different philosophy–client satisfaction is #1 priority. This principle is the backdrop for everything we do. It’s simple. We value your business. We understand that money doesn’t grow on trees; you want affordable prices without compromising quality. Since the establishment of the Traffic Law Headquarters in 2000, we’ve earned a loyal client following as a result of hard work, high quality results, and reasonable attorney fees. Sixteen years later our philosophy hasn’t changed!
