Criminal Law Attorney
Don’t handle a criminal matter alone! The United States and Missouri Constitutions guarantee procedural rights including a fair trial and assume that all persons accused of a crime are innocent until proven guilty. There’s an old saying that goes, “a person who represents himself has a fool for a client.” For those accused of any type of crime, the justice system usually proves to be too complex and extremely stressful, even for “minor”, first-time offenses. The outcome of your case may negatively affect your life forever including consequences for current and future employment.
We’ve successfully represented thousands of clients for DWI cases, criminal ordinance violations, misdemeanors, and felonies. We have earned many favorable outcomes including dismissals, lower fines, the prevention of convictions, the reduction of charges to less serious offenses, and the prevention of serving time in jail and prison. Because every criminal case is unique, no one can provide a guarantee for the outcome of your case. However, it is critical to have an experienced law firm fighting on your side.
At the Traffic Law Headquarters, you will receive strong, effective, and confidential representation. We will lead you through the complexities of the criminal justice system and work hard on your behalf. Throughout your case, you will have direct and confidential access to the attorney and office staff. Don’t fight the justice system alone. Let us help you. We’ll fight to protect your rights! Call or visit one of our offices as soon as possible.
Warrants
Don’t risk being arrested! Warrants are usually ordered by Judges when you fail to appear in court or fail to pay fines in a timely manner. Warrants are also ordered for felony cases. If you have a warrant for your arrest and are pulled over by the police or have contact with law enforcement in any way, you’ll likely be arrested and transported to jail where you’ll be booked and released with a ticket, or you may have to post a cash bond in order to secure your release. This process is time consuming, embarrassing, and you could miss work!
In many cases, we’re able to remove warrants and schedule new court dates. We’ve handled thousands of warrant cases throughout Missouri. Don’t risk being arrested! We can help! Contact or visit one of our offices as soon as possible.
